John C. Johnson III, general contractor and owner of JB Properties is a second generation builder / developer with knowledge acquired through hard work and dedication. After graduating from Appalachian State University in 1994 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Real Estate and Urban Analysis, he began his career in the real estate and development industry. As an experienced real estate broker and custom home builder he takes great pride in every home he builds and recognizes the importance of being 100% hands on and working closely with his clients. John is also known and respected in the Johnston County rental community. He and his wife currently own and manage 36 rental properties. A Johnston County native, John lives in Raleigh with his wife, Liz - also a licensed real estate broker - and 4 year old son, John Chris.
